Dementia's disease can include cognitive, behavioral, mood, psychological and muscular deterioration that will require assistance to manage symptoms. The client may experience memory loss, mental decline, confusion during evening hours, disorientation, inability to speak or understand language, making things up, and inability to recognize common things. The dementia client might suffer from behavioral changes such as irritability, restlessness, wandering, and getting loss. The irritability might include mood swings, anxiety, loneliness, and nervousness.
